Orders usually ship within 5 - 7 business days. Please allow for additional shipping transit time depending on location. Each gift is shipped separately; orders including more than one gift regardless of ship to address may incur additional shipping costs. We will contact you if additional shipping costs apply.Certain customized gifts are available upon request and may incur additional charges; please call for information.
*Styles of cakes, wreaths or gift baskets may vary depending on availability. Each gift is designed differently and will vary to the customer request. If an item is unavailable, another item of equal or greater value will be substituted.*
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express through PayPal (No PayPal account needed) as well as Money Orders, personal Checks and Cash.Sales Tax
We charge sales tax to all orders shipped within the United States. International orders will be charged sales and shipping fees according to U.S. regulations.Shipping
We ship via UPS, FEDEX, and Ground Service. Shipping is available throughout the United States as well as Internationally. Orders shipped Internationally, Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $25 or more per gift for shipping. Express delivery may also be available; please call for rates and schedule. We cannot ship to PO boxes. We can not bear responsibility for orders shipped to and/or delivered to an incorrect address due to Customer error. Re-routing gifts shipped to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges upon return and/ or re-shipment.Note: Free delivery within a 20 mile radius in Marietta/Atlanta area. Further distance is negotiated.
Refund Policy
Bundles Of Joy Cake Creation wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return unworn or unused merchandise in saleable condition, we will gladly issue a refund or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of delivery.At Bundles of Joy Cake Creation, we know that you request the best gift possible. So we make sure that every diaper cake or gift is to your specifications before it leaves the shop. We welcome and encourage emails about your experience with our cakes and would love to see and post a picture of your occasion so customers may see how much joy your gift brought.
Returns and Exchanges
For all returns or exchanges, please send an e-mail to info@bundlesofjoycakecreation.com or call (918) 944-0058 or (678) 542-5820.If you receive an incorrect order and the error is ours, we will either replace your order at no additional cost to you or we will promptly refund your order and reimburse all shipping costs in full.
