Refund Policy

Bundles Of Joy Cake Creation wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return unworn or unused merchandise in saleable condition, we will gladly issue a refund or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of delivery.

At Bundles of Joy Cake Creation, we know that you request the best gift possible. So we make sure that every diaper cake or gift is to your specifications before it leaves the shop. We welcome and encourage emails about your experience with our cakes and would love to see and post a picture of your occasion so customers may see how much joy your gift brought to you and your Bundle of Joy.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect order and the error is ours, we will either replace your order at no additional cost to you or we will promptly refund your order and reimburse all shipping costs in full.
